Sara Wilson, CRM Marketing Manager at SEEK

Sara Wilson is a CRM marketer with over 10 years’ experience working with leading brands including flybuys, Coles, Cancer Council Victoria, and more recently SEEK. Sara is passionate about building high-performing teams and championing best practice CRM. In her current role, Sara is responsible for driving the overall CRM strategy and building a world class email marketing programme for the many SEEK brands. Before working at SEEK, Sara built the CRM function for fantasy football start-up Draftstars. Prior to that Sara ran the email marketing operations team at flybuys focusing on increasing operational efficiencies, driving campaign personalisation and ensuring seamless campaign execution for one of the country's favourite loyalty programs.
